Will I see a design proof before my order goes to production?

Yes. All Height Chart and Art Display Sign orders will receive an email with a design proof attached for your approval. This is to ensure you are happy with the design choice chosen. Some designs may also include different font options and it's nice to see what your name looks like before your order is complete.

 

How can I attach my Height Chart to the wall?

 All charts come with a hook attached to the back (10cm from the top) to make it easy to securely mount to the wall. 3M Command Strips can be used alternatively (follow the product instructions and use the correct amount of strips according to the weight of the chart. Weight is estimated between 2-3kg).

 

What can I use to write on my Height Chart?

Firstly we recommend our Personalised Height Markers/Arrows as they keep the chart neat and they are a great reminder of the timing of each measurement recorded.

But if you would like to write on your chart Sharpies work well and look great.

 

Can I customise my Height Chart design?

Yes, Custom Orders are welcome.

How long will my order take to be dispatched and delivered?

All our products are made to order so please allow between 5-14 business days before dispatch. This does not include delivery time. Courier estimated delivery can take between 1- 8business days.

Orders that include decals only will be dispatched between 3-5 business days and posted via Australia Post which will not include any tracking details.

 

What size are the Height Charts?

All Charts are 1.8m in one single piece of timber. Measuring 14cm wide.

Custom sizes can be requested. Eg. 9cm wide, 18cm wide or 23.5cm wide. Please send us an email via the Contact us form at the bottom of the page.

 

How are the Height Charts made?

 Each piece of timber is sand, stained/coloured with care. A premium vinyl decal is applied which allows perfection. This ensures there is no colour variations like an engraved product or bleeding in any paint applications. Lastly the product is sealed with a clear coat for a beautiful finish.

 

Can I collect my order instead of paying for delivery?

​Yes, if you live in Melbourne’s west, free collection is available and a suitable time can be arranged between us and you, the customer. We are located near Bacchus Marsh, Victoria 3340.
