Shipping policy

Please Note: If you are purchasing a Height Chart and requesting delivery to a Regional Area, please either make contact with us first or be aware you maybe contacted due if there is a big increase in courier delivery charge. For example, Outback QLD or Outback WA can cost up to a crazy $100 delivery fee and as a small business we cannot absorb that sort of increase.

Each product at Master Miss is made to order so depending on the product purchased your order may take between 7 to 14 days to dispatch. 

If purchasing Marker/Arrow Decals only, these will be dispatched between 3-5 business days.

We do offer Local Pick Up or Free Local delivery to the 3340 postcode. This can be selected upon Check out.

All small packages eg. Marker/Arrow decals will be delivered via Australia Post. The Free Delivery will not include tracking details.

All other signs and products will be sent via Aramex and courier prices will be shown upon checkout. Prices can vary depending on location.

We do offer delivery Australia Wide but at this stage we do not offer International delivery.
