Refund policy
As our products are personalised and made to order unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange if you have changed your mind.
Damages and issues
If your product has arrived damaged or there is an error on your order please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct this for you.
If your parcel arrives damaged please take photos before you open your package and then inspect your product. Each product is carefully packaged but if there are any issues please send any photos and details of the damage to master.miss@outlook.com within 7 days so we can evaluate the problem and supply a replacement if need be.
